WOW, summer has finally arrived in the Okanagan and how wonderful it is! I am not sure about all of you but I certainly had a bout of Spring Fever, the feel of new beginnings is so refreshing and it leaves the spirit with a new vitallity! With that in mind we have decided to postpone any classes for June, we know how much you enjoy our fabulous classes, but we also understand how busy the beginning of summer is and how no one wants to waste this beautiful weather by being inside, so we are not going to make you choose…..enjoy the sun and beautiful place that we live and we will get back to classes next month!
We still encourage you to be creative and continue to scrapbook so as usual we are holding are very popular Friday night crops from 5pm to midnight, still only $5 and that includes drinks and snacks. We request that you do call ahead to reserve your spot as these crops can fill very quickly…we look forward to seeing you.
Scrapbooking Swede also has some very exciting news, we are working with the “Crazy Croppers” (an organization that promotes getting together and scrapbooking) in holding a crop one Saturday a month to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to get out and do what they love with people who have the same interests! Our first “Crazy Cropper Crop” will be Saturday June 13th from 10am to 10 pm, we will be supplying snacks and refreshments along with some yummy homemade soup and french bread for lunch, cost for all of this is only $10. This is one crop that you will want to attend it is going to be FUN!!!
Our crop room is available for private groups to use for a crop party or if you just want to come in and do some creating on your own, call the store for pricing and details.

We are often asked what people need to bring to class for supplies, we suggest that you have a class supply kit that would include, a cutter, adhesives, including; double sided tape, glue dots, glue pen and pop dots, scissors, pencil, brown ink, black ink. You will receive a list of any other supplies that you might need that are not in your basic class kit. If you do not have some of the required supplies you are always welcome to purchase them at the time of the class.
